Bernards homeowners would be required to shovel snow from sidewalks under ordinance
BERNARDS TWP. – An ordinance that would require all township homeowners to clear their sidewalks of snow after a storm is on track for introduction after receiving an informal go-ahead from the Township Committee on Tuesday, Aug. 24.
